As the daughter of a Veteran, 1:1 coaching sessions are always complimentary for U.S. Veterans. This is a non-negotiable value of this practice.
Because your Custom Transportation Roadmap ($97) is researched, verified, and built specifically for your parent’s zip code, refunds are not available once it has been delivered. That said, your family’s plan matters to me. If something in your Roadmap isn’t working for you, contact me within 7 days and we will work together to make it right — including correcting any errors at no charge.
Paid coaching session fees are non-refundable once a session has been conducted. To reschedule, please contact Kristy at least 24 hours in advance at kristy@coachkristy.com or (417) 344-8889.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Kristy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, coaching services, or third-party transportation services referenced in coaching or materials. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
